The designated SMI partner at Mason Management is Jan Andersson, B.Sc in Economics, Stockholm and Master in marketing, IHM Business school.
After a career as chief Accountant Jan were manager for three branches as a banker in the city of Stockholm. Marketing Director of the Postal Giro bank and Managing Director of a mechanical workshop and subcontractor business Contraves in Sweden. Contraves was a turnaround case and Jan moved progressively to the interim management business, firstly as an independent Interim Manager and later as an intermediary for Manpower in Sweden.
Jan founded Mason Management in 2002 in order set up and make growth in the Interim Management culture in Sweden. 2005 he made the publication of the survey “Guide to Interim Management in Sweden”. 2005 he initiated the discussion in the industry for a professional body for Interim Management providers in Sweden. In february 2007 he launched and were designated to chairman for the association, Interim Management företagen, IMF.
