The designated SMI partner at TM&C is Maurizio Quarta, Bocconi University Alumnus.
After a career in international marketing and business development in multinational companies (Olivetti, Manuli Rubber, Kone Elevators) and management consulting (McKinsey), he moved progressively to the interim management business, firstly as co-Founder and Deputy Chairman of the Italian association for temporary management and later as Partner with Boyden.
In 2003 he founded TM&C, operating both in the interim management services and in the turnaround business. A recognized opinion leader in interim management, he has published a book and many articles on all the most important business magazines (Il Sole 24 Ore, L’Impresa, Espansione, Italia Oggi, Fondazione Biagi review, managerial and entrepreneurial – industry and banks – associations magazines. He has also launched the Italian Chapter of IIM – Institute of Interim Management, with which he organizes events with top partners to make the interim culture grow.
