He had 16 years' experience at IBM in Hungary and in Central and Eastern Europe.
In 1989, he established the Budapest office of H. Neumann International, the first executive search company in the region. For 12 years, he was responsible for many different areas within the Neumann Group in Europe.
Tamás is the owner / founder of Leadership & Coaching Center Budapest, providing executive coaching and leadership development services for local and international top managers and companies.
Tamás established Hungarian Interim Management Ltd. in 2003 together with Laszlo Steiner and Istvan Fekete; he has been a provider of interim management services since 2003.
